"Walk away before it's too late and you are robbed!! SCAMMERS!! I used this company for a logo. They also offered to provide my web site as well. Initially we had spoke about a few different options and costs. I had made it clear I couldn't afford a huge budget so they came up with a package to suit. Not long after I was then told that I would have to trademark my logo so would need to pay extra for the licensing. I was **** off because I had been told there were no other costs ( yeah unless you want to get in trouble). I chose the 3yr option. So after paying approx $3000 they started my website. Things started off ok apart from the changes I was asking for weren't being done or much later down the track/ There so many different people I was talking too, nor even sure where they are actually located. Not long after I decided to not even bother using the website as it was just too hard. 2 yrs later I recieve an email ( similar to the most recent review) stating that someone was wanting to use my same trademark and the I was facing a trademark infringement penalty and would need to pay over $3000 for logo venture to stop me getting taken to court and a possible fine of $18,900 or at worst over $100,000k if found guilty. I was so scared and worried that I was going to get into major trouble so the person I was speaking too said I could pay $1,499 and that would be it. I stupidly paid it because i was threatened and bullied to beleive that if i didnt there would be huge consequences. Not long after I was told to pay another $699. At this point I has gone on and read a number of reviews similar to mine about being scammed. I told them I wanted my money back and that they had just robbed a single mum raising her young twin boys on her own. I told them I was going to my lawyer etc and they still tried to con me even more. It made me feel sick that I actually believed this crap.... when actually I haven't done anything wrong. I paid for the trademark licensing and obviously they hadn't done what they were suppose too. They make you feel threatened and they terrify you to make you believe you owe them money.
I had put a review on here and next day I recieved an email saying that I need to take down the review as I made things up in and it is damaging to their company and they will sue me for defamation.... these people are SCUMBAGS!! I sent back saying well give me my bloody money back. They emailed back and said we want this resolves amicably. They told me they couldn't refund me as the money had already gone towards the legal proceedings.... blah blah blah. Not long later they told me they couldn't refund all but could do a partial refund. I said fine just give me some and leave me alone.
I was told the refund had been processed and that in would be in my account within 7-10 working days. After not recieving I emailed them jan 4th, 9th, 14th with no reply. I finally got a reply on the 15th saying they would follow it up. Since then I have heard nothing. I have emailed 6 times with no reply. It's pretty obvious they were just lying and now they don't even have the balls to contact me back.

"AVOID SCAMMERS- LOGOVENTURE AUSSIELOGO & LOGOSHINE DOT COM all one and the same....
For the last few years we have had a site imitate our offering and then rip people off. They call themselves aussielogo rather like our own Aussie Logos - running for 17 years! They offer logo packages for a price, nobody in Australia could possibly do (red flag 1) They have an 03 Victorian number but claim to be based in Sydney (red flag 2) and then either don't deliver anything or when the work is completed the company demands $1400-$2000 extra to register intellectual property in Australia for all states- which is false (red flag 3). Not a week goes by when someone calls me a mother f***** for ripping them off. When they have calmed down we explain what has happened and they ask well why aren't you doing anything about it? We explain we have contacted the FEDERAL POLICE- and they say to us unless we can provide an address they cannot do anything. Because this company has a .com domain address they can and have purchased domain privacy (you cannot see any company information or contact details behind the domain) so they could actually, be anywhere in the world. To add insult to injury, and to our business, we as a .com.au cannot hide our address or names. So as a result I have also had the ATO on our backs for falsely issued invoices by this company with our details as the issuer!!! We have explained we haven't done any work with these companies (and there are thousands), nor received any monies. Finally this week the Intellectual Properties Office contacted me and told me Australians have been ripped off to the tune of hundreds of thousands/maybe millions of $'s by this fake company and can we help them take it down. So our humble advice to you if considering starting a new company is; when a website offers something at a price (and is a .com) that seems too good to be true, then it definitely is too good to be true - they could be in Russia, China or North Korea for all you know and you might as well be throwing your $'s down the drain. See a sample of complaints about this company in Australian Product Review beware of the scammers and work only with genuine Australian design businesses with a .com.au, .net.au or .au (because you can only get these web addresses if you are based here in Australia and have an ABN) Be prepared to pay a little bit more-we all know what things cost in Australia and you cannot go too far wrong. To the people that have been ripped off through Covid and where your hard earnt money was/is tight to follow your dreams-my heart goes out to you all, but it wasn't me and we will still be here to pick up the pieces at an affordable price."

"I've placed my order with them and was promised delivery within 48 hours. They sent me some initial designs and then I stopped hearing from them, not even a single reply to my emails nor are they allowing me to chat with them to find out about the status of the logo order I placed with them. They haven't implemented the changes to the logo I've chosen and requested more money when I asked for the agreed-upon final files as per our original agreement. I no longer believe I'll be getting the logo I ordered through this company online, nor do I have faith that they will deliver on what they promised. It was a big mistake trusting their advertising and overselling in the first place. I should have used the services of Fiverr as I usually do. They're to be trusted. I wish I could say the same about this company, which cannot be trusted. I'm sharing my story so that others would know what they're getting themselves into if they decide to conduct their business with this online company. I hope this helps you guys out there!"

"It’s a Logo Design company basically.
I got my logo designed from this company in Australia. But later I was tricked to COPYRIGHT the logo immediately for US $ 199 which is for lifetime.
Also, I had to pay extra $50 to get high resolution images of logo, on top of it.
But in Australia there is no need to get the copyright registered, as a creative work is automatically copyrighted from Australian Copyright Law.
This information was purposefully hidden from me and I knew little about it.
Later came the trademark application stage.
After copyright registration application Logo Ventures started tricking me to get trademark registration application immediately where I was forced to select at least 8 classes of good and services for the value of US $500 which was not needed at all.
If I ask more information to the staff, they used to get angry and yell on me.
Logo Ventures offered me free trademark application and asked me to withdraw my review instead but that promise was also fake.

LOGO VENTURES use your lack of information on the subject and trick you with technical terms and make you register for different things costing you more money.
I have lost US $299 in total with this company.

Most of the review of this company here are not genuine I suppose.

Im surprised people are giving this company positive reviews. Just confused if those reviews are genuine or not!
Majority of the reviews are negative.
I ordered my logo around in may and paid through the website. I was called by a guy saying that i could make as many changes as possible, etc etc! They took some good time to get my logo done. After a week, i got some logos And i clearly told them I didn’t like it. I was sent a long email stating that i chose a basic plan with 3 choices of logo! Well 1st of all it doesn’t matter if i have 3 or 300 hundred choices to select from. The question is if i will like any one of them! After all its only 1 logo that a client will choose and use, NOT ALL!
I was very disappointed. I had to choose 1 logo with a heavy heart. Later i was called by the same guy and he forced me to pay for the registration! That a**hole doesn’t know how to speak or provide a good customer service! I don't even know why he is even employed!
He started to shout and fight when i refused to pay for the registration! I told him off and hung up.
Later i was emailed by the guy who designed my logo. I still till date didnt use any of their logos because it was simply rubbish and pathetic.
This is the worst worst worst company and the customer service is below down grade!
These crooks will surely not return my money for sure and neither will they provide good selection despite customers giving them CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE LOGO WANTED!"

"Logo Venture plagiarized a logo my company invested in. I happened to see the graphic while I was connecting with someone on LinkedIn, and I thought, "that looks familiar." It was an exact copy of the icon we designed - stolen right out from under us. It will cost me too much money to fight this legally (which LV knows), so I'm resorting to warning others about using this company. To add to my frustration, when I contacted the company that bought the plagiarized logo, they said LV even charged them to trademark it!"
