"Not really worth any stars, they claim to be a "global" company which they definitely are not, it's owned by a Pakistani living in Leicester but runs a small team in Karachi Pakistan.They use copy and paste techniques,they quite blatantly use free open source or cheap platfoms to create websites and quite happily plagiarize
nice logos that they then claim to have "created"If you do manage to get through on their phony phone numbers it will have been directed tp Pakistan where they will use some stupid British sounding name like "Fred Smith".They use fake addresses in Sydney Australia, one is a tower of private residences and in the UK they often have an address of a small one bedroom flat above a shop in Leicester as their "head Office"If you complain too much they threaten to paste all of your details on the internet.In my case they loaded a phishing link to a US forces bank onto my website they created to scam money from US soldiers.They should be hunted down and closed up.They rarely refund any money so be very very careful."

"Absolutely horrible. Let me state that this company did not give me the proper service that they promised me.

1. I was never briefed on my project, none of the logo designs fit what I would have wanted, so I treated the revision box as a "briefing center" in hopes of receiving a completely new set of logos.
2. Being as the first step of their design process was skipped, communication via the internet was not sufficient and resulted in the designer plagiarizing pieces I sent in for inspiration references. I never wanted the designers to steal the designs of the logos I sent it but be inspired and create an original piece.
3. I called customer service to discuss the above two issues and spoke with Brian; I asked for a refund and he said that he is officially briefing me and to consider this as the first brief and logos. He also stated that if I do not like the logos he sent in, I can request my refund.

After giving me a refund guarantee, they have denied my refund and have attempted to guilt trip me using Covid-19 and other tactics.

This company has also threaten me to take down my review. Very unprofessional. I have lost all trust in this company.

"Just posting up my logoinn review on how bad their support wait time was.

We have a website built with them and noticed the website was having load issues, so we had sent Logoinn.com an email asking them to look into the issue, we received no response, over the next 7 days we had sent a further 3 more emails and finally received an email mentioning that they will look into the issue, waited a further 5 days with no website and decided to cancel with them and just get a word press website built.

The support provided by Logoinn is next to nothing and would not recommend them to anyone as you will have nothing but problems."

"I inquired about a website build with Logoinn and they provided example websites that looked nice, I contacted the businesses just to ask how their experience with Logoinn was and all of them mentioned
that they have never heard of Logoinn and had another web design company build their website.

So it seems that Logoinn just found some nice looking websites online and used them as their own examples claiming they built those websites.

Absolute rubbish business to deal with and I am sure that most of their positive reviews are just fake reviews posted by them to make themselves look better."

"I built my Website with Logoinn, they had charged me $495 and then a random charge of $222 for 12 month, but after
that they continuous charge same amount for other extra 5
months!!!!

Yes another $ 1.120 EXTRAAAA!!! I call them and after calling
every day for 3 Weeks!!

They block your number, when you call on a private number they answer, when you ask what these charges are for they said they will look into it and never get back, I have since cancelled my credit card.

The website I receievd was of very poor standards, had my friend looked into and said it was a template off themeforest.net that they paid $49 for, this is sad when they mentioned that they custom design their websites, big scam there, they say they have an office in Melbourne but when you physically go there it does not exist.

I advise everyone to stay well away from Logoinn as they are nothing but bad news, I have also found out that the below positive reviews are fake by running them from Google, so do not trust."

"Did not design the website to the way they promised.

They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.

When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it and made up a lot of excuses.

I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from Logoinn as they ignore your emails and there 1300 number they never pick up and block your calls, not even sure if they're based in Australia as when you go to their Melbourne office it does not exist."

"This company is real rip off, they deduct every month regular money for services I never signed up for and now that I have cancelled with them they still deduct money, I will be cancelling my credit card.

Stay away from Logoinn as they promise you the world and seem very good at the start but as soon as you pay the deposit it goes downhill very quickly and I keep on calling but it goes to their voicemail system, so much for good support.

I always had to chase them up and ask how my website and logo was going and when I asked if I could speak to the designer they said I could not as the design team is based offshore in Pakistan, this is a bit misleading when they falsely advertise they do all the work in Australia.

So wasted a lot of money with them and a lot of time and wish I never went with them."
