"This has been a horrible experience, after a long wait for my delivery which i still haven't received. What i did received ( one of the three items i ordered) was the wrong item. I couldn't ever get through to customer service. Then finally when i did, i was told i have to take pictures and email this and that verses you guys sending a shipping label and getting the merchandise back and sending my correct order. I will not buy from your company again which is unfortunate because i really like the items you carry ( although i haven't received any of it yet). Many internet business fail everyday if this is how you conduct business it wont be long before every one know this and it can very well ruin your company. I called on 10/22/15 and was then told item was out of stock !! this was part of a costume that we now have to rush to now find replacement.
