"Good morning... but the truth, not so good for my... on 21 September I received package of purchasing company Lolli Couture shoes... and I was surprised! When I saw my 16 pairs of shoes in a box small, all tight, one on top of each other! ... all deformed, as if they were old shoes in an old box! I paying for shipping and handling... was to send my shoes with their respective boxes! ... find it unfair, a complete lack of service and respect for the customer, I am very disappointed, very, very, annoying, because it's not fair! ... I need my boxes to store my shoes! ... and to moisture protect, each box brings bags of polyethylene, that protects them from the Mold... This is the second time that make me this, and when I complains to them, they told me than ever, and that would put some notes, so sell me shoes with their boxes... but everything is a lie... that sadness and disappointment... NEVER! ... more, return to buy anything in Lulli couture... Ahhhhhh... ... If you have any respect for your customers, please send me my shoe boxes... because I really need them... Please !!!!..... "I received my product quickly but they were too small and I was unable to return them for a refund as they were clearance items. I do understand the policy but when you purchase shoes online, they may not fit and you should be able to return them regardless."
