"If I could give this company no stars I would, my package was sent to a totally wrong zip code by them, and they are trying to blame the post office and not take any responsibility. The package went to a government agency mailroom and can not be retrieved. The company will not respond back to me via email or phone, have been trying to contact them all week. Still have not received the item or a refund."

"My order arrived incorrect. Lollicouture sent the wrong item and I called to rectify the situation and was given a RMA to return the item, at my own expense. Asked for a return label and was told, "We don't have any at this time". Company error, but I had to pay to return the item. Ok, sent the item back with tracking and item was recieved by company and I have not heard from this company about the status of my return, the corrected item, or when my order will be corrected. I have sent numerous emails, and called and have not recieved a response. Very dissatisfied in this company and how this has been handled."
