"I never received my tracking info a week after placing my order. I emailed them asking what was going on and never heard back so I called their customer service and a young guy answered my call. He stated that he emailed me the day before letting me know they did not have the color maxi skirt I ordered and wanted to know if I wanted a different color instead. I never received this email from him. I then asked for my money to be refunded since my order was never shipped. He agreed and asked me to hold. It sounded like he just put the phone down and was just sitting there. He came back on the line to tell me my money was refunded. I then asked for a confirmation # for my refund. He said he doesn't have one and I should get an email the next week with my refund. I laughed and said I'm not receiving their emails so how would I know it was refunded. He did not have an answer so I told him I was calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have yet to hear anything from lollicouture. Seems like a scam company. "

so it arrived it didnt fit I called customer service to get the Rma number to send it back waited on hold for over 45 min to get a rude customer service agent who just told me to go online and request the number,
I waited check my email every day heard nothing so after week of not hearing from Lollicouture I called and waited on hold even longer then 1 st call a young man finally answered and i explained my situation and I was told that my order was a final sale and it could not be sent back for a refund.
I am so disappointed with this company and the customer service dept. I will never order from them again

I ordered 3 shoes and 3 bathing suits. The shoes were great! Also only 1 bathing suit was true to size.

The other 2 were not! I followed the size chart because I have Large boobs and when they arrived they looked like B-cups, the bottoms of one looked like a size small and the other a Medium, I didn't bother even trying them on.

Also my free gift was suppose to be a crystal clear lip gloss but a Yellow lipstick came in stead with the consistency of chap-stick, when applied there wasn't any color so I didn't mind however a few seconds later my lips were hot pink!!!

It's Very disappointing because I was looking to wear these swimsuits for my Honeymoon. This was my first experience with this website and its definitely my last."
