"Ordered a swimsuit for second day delivery. The swimsuit arrived on time, a few hours before I left for vacation. I ordered a size large bottom and top. When I opened the package, I was surprised that the coloring was not true to what was pictured online. However, I know that does happen, so I was not upset. The top fit my 36D chest perfectly but when I unfolded the bottom, I noticed a rip in the fabric. Thinking that I could still make do, I began to try and put the swim-bottoms on. However, they were not much bigger than my 5 year old son's underwear. Needless to say, I could not wear them. I immediately called the store and told them the multiple issues I had, the biggest being that the bottoms were not a size large and I was leaving for vacation in just a few hours. The lady assured me that a customer service rep would call me back that day and the problem would be fairly resolved. It's been two weeks and I still have yet to receive a call from LolliCouture. I emailed their service department with my complaint and images of the unsatisfactory suit. I was emailed back and told to pay for shipping and send the swimsuit back to them in order to be reimbursed. Upon confirming that I would send the suit back, I was immediately emailed again and told, never-mind, swimsuits won't be accepted as returns.
I am so displeased and unsatisfied. NEVER order from this company! "

"Ordered and they sent a confirmation email shortly after the purchase and told me they would send another email when order ships out with tracking number etc. I never got that email and went to call, couldn't get thru on any # they had..but about 2 weeks later it arrived with the right order!!
