"I emailed Lollicouture to cancel my order the day after I made my order because I had read several negative reviews about them. They emailed me back a few days later stating that my order had already been shipped and it was too late to cancel, but I could send the order back but I would have to pay shipping. The fact that they wouldn't cancel my order and that it was 'too late' set me off. I even called them BEFORE emailing them and say on hold for an hour and a half. Awful service. Never ordering from them again."
