"I am still waiting on my swimsuit I ordered week ago! I have tried calling multiple times (about 11) all at different times, business hours of course, and different days. I have emailed and emailed and no response. Or answer. This is a terrible business and more than likely a scam. I will be reporting this and telling every single person I know to never shop from here unless I receive my order within the next couple days. This is ridiculous. But at least I know high end people who can help me deal with this."
"I had ordered 2 day shipping on my bathing suit that I ordered a week ago (7 days). I called a few days ago to gain tracking but was informed that it hadn't shipped yet. She informed me that swimsuits were specialty items and sometimes took longer to ship. She said that was noted on the website, so I went searching and eventually found the passage, however, it was not clearly stated while looking for swimsuits on the site. If I had known that, I would have ordered sooner, or switched to overnight. Luckily I received the swimsuit this morning right before I left for vacation, so I got lucky, but if you could specify that in a more obvious place it would be helpful! "
