"I ordered two bathing suits and a shirt from lolli, I ordered it on a Wednesday and by the following Wednesday my item had still not shipped. Apparently, it was a special order. I was going crazy because I had ordered the bathing suit almost 3 weeks in advance for my upcoming vacation. I got even more nervous when the week of my vacation came and still no bathing suit. Throughout the time, I kept calling them and they said it was most likely that I will receive it before vacation and if not I can cancel my order and get a refund. Well lollicouture must have put a rush on it because when I came home yesterday my bathing suit was here!! No email no call thAt it was finally shipped. "I ordered 3 swimsuits. Two of them fit fine but one was ill sized (multi print w zipper), the butt and crotch were huge and the top was so tiny! Its crazy because the others were fine (fabric was a little cheaper than what I would like but ok). I called the number on the order form , I was on hold for over 20 minutes, then was told that swimsuits can not be returned. I kindly explained that I felt this was a huge sizing error and wanted to know if it could at least be exchanged. I was told to send it back ( I had to pay the postage) and told they will look at it and see what they think and will let me know if they determine it was there fault. I hope they are reasonable. (glad to change my rating if I'm treated fairly). "

"Recieved the wrong product been dealing with this for 2 1/2 weeks and I never give bad reviews at all. I'm sitting with shoes I did not order, they are not my style and still haven't recieved my item that I oredered or a refund if they do not have the item. I am very dissappointed because I ordered a two pair set of sandals and that was great they were the right product. Third time wrong product, sent pictures, filled out an RMA form and still no approval. I don't want these sandals, I would like to send them back, get what I oredered or get my money back because the shipping was $14.99 and I don't understand why this process is taking so long. The picture on your website says what I ordered is instock but was still sent the wrong product and nothing is being done like it's my fault that the warehouse packed the wrong item!!! The invoice you have here is what I ordered and they sent me order ID# 308190 not happy at all and I would have never ordered these sandals."
"I ordered from lollicouture thinking I could get my items before a vacation I was going on the following month. Shortly after I placed my order with them, I received an emailing saying they needed to verify a few items before they could ship my package. They gave me a number to call and then would never pick up when I actually called the number! I tried multiple times for DAYS to reach them w no avail. only Tim they would attempt to call was at like 12 or 1 when I was busy w work. After about 7 days I finally reached. person who wanted me to scan and upload all this ID information which I thought was ridiculous for a pay of shoes. MIND YOU they had already taken the money out of my account! totally ridiculous. and when I asked for a refund since I wouldn't even get the items on time for my trip, I was told I had to upload more documentation. the woman on the phone was rude, I was unsatisfied and I still don't have merchandise or my money. I'm now escalating this issue to my card company. Horrible experience will never shop there again. "

"When buying off the website it appears that you will be able to receive your package in 2-10 days. After the 10 days had passed and I still haven't received my package or heard anything from them I email Lollicouture for an update. I was told: "Your order has started processing. After our regular processing time of 3-4 business days it will take an additional 4-5
business days for us to receive the product from the manufacture. Once we
have tracking information updated you will be notified via email." I wish this could have been stated somewhere when buying the product as I am going on vacation and thought I had plenty of time to order and Recieve the product I ordered, but I still haven't gotten any tracking information and it has now been over 2 weeks.
