Some of the shoes were slow I just know to look at the reviews what is the shoe size before I make my purchase about a six and a half and was pleased but very upset because they weren't true and I had to send them back she receives a size 7. "I placed an order for 30 items. I got a box with 6 items I did not order. It had the order slip showing 30 items right in the box but the merchandise was all different. I have been trying to get this fixed for 3 weeks. The phone numbers for service and support are rarely answered. I ran my battery to zero several times holding and listening to how my call is important and to please hold. Emails are met with "call the support number." Facebook messenger notes were answered with the same message. When I did get someone on the line, I was told to send an email with the packing slip and pictures. I've sent it at least 3 times with no reply. Now I have to just find a way to send the bix back. Not sure where, because no one will talk to me. I don't deserve to get stuck with the order they sent me and it isn't fair I have to pay to send it back. Im finished with this crappy company. I'll just process a chargeback and get my money back."

"This company is a shameful and horrible company. Not legitimate and I see now that they are not BBB accredited. I ordered two items of clothing from this company, after i did not receive after 3.5 weeks I finally emailed them. It wasn't until I opened a dispute with paypal that they decided to ship the other half of my order. Most likely hoping I would just forget about it. 2 months later, I still do not have half of my order or a refund for the other part of my order. This is theft. I am speaking to a lawyer, this business should be shut down for is reprehensible practices. The one item I received from them wasn't even as described and was something a 6 year old could not even fit, with hanging threads and a rip."
