Within 12 months one of the spring loaded hinges broke, specifically the metal stub going into the spring socket. London Eyewear was sympathetic but did not offer any solution. After weeks of fruitless email communication they have now gone silent.

Given the overall poor quality of the frame I am no longer sure this is an original item. In any case the service level is apalling.
My previous frame lasted 12 yrs without any issue.

Very disappointed & will certainly never again buy from this merchant. (See also my second posting regarding another pair of glasses I bought).
