"I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Terrible products from an unprofessional company. I bought a 6 inch alpha wolf barrel for my G20 and it did not work. So, they sold me a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and not only did it take almost a week for any response from them, they DID NOT even pay for return shipping. After they SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. DO NOT buy from Lone Wolf distributors. "
"I placed an order online, I gave them the address, they shipped to a different address so now I can’t get my product. Their customer service is useless and I was told to place another order. They just want your money and could care less about you, do not buy from lone wolf!!!"
"I’ll honestly give them 0 stars because their customer service after the sale is by far the worse ever no answer to emails and phone call messages I wouldn’t ever by anything from them again. "
"Was interested in purchasing a Alpha barrel for my 10 MM Glock but needed some direction on which barrel would best suit my purpose. I tried every form of contacting them but only ended up on never ending hold with the eventual disconnect and completely ignored on their E-mail. How do they sell anything? I have completely lost faith in this company and their products. I would assume that any problems with their product would be treated in the same manner. I got an idea, GET A CLUE LONE WOLF YOUR LOSING BUSINESS!!!"
"I purchased their .40-9mm conversion barrel and have never gotten it to function correctly, despite following all of the suggestions on their website to the letter. I tried emailing them several times to see if there was anything else I could do or if they had any other suggestions and they simply ignored me. They were more than happy to take hundreds of dollars from me when I was ordering, but offer no response or support of any kind after the sale. AVOID this company!!"
"My items were lost in shipping with USPS and Lone wolf distributors jumped in and sent out replacement items within 2 days after contacting them. I'm have no worries ordering from Lone Wolf Distributors again. The first order finally arrived last week and I returned them. LWD is a great place to shop."
"I ordered a gen3 slide, but received a gen4 slide. I checked my invoice: nothing indicating that it's a gen4 slide. I know I picked gen3 on the website, so I emailed them, and waited...
...and waited...
...and waited some more.
After no reply for a week, I tried calling. No response on the phone, it just hung up on me. So I went to the online chat support. They said I ordered a gen4 slide. I know I didn't, because I don't own any gen4 frames to put a slide on, and "Generation" is the first question I answered when I put this thing in my cart.
They offered to "let" me return it at my own expense and pay them again for assembly and bore sighting, but I'm not the one that screwed up: they did, with their crappy website. So they've lost my business, I'll grab a gen4 frame online somewhere, and I'm writing up my experience for others to benefit from it."
"Phone went quiet, told you you are next in line and cut off after a 20 minute wait. Next it cut off sooner. Next it would only allow you to leave a message.
These are scam artists at Lone Wolf Distributors. I called Brownells and talked at length with their staff and management about my issues with LWD. My hope is that they will not want to be associated with such company, as their distributor, in the future.
Requested my bank recover the funds and will motivate for such based on the ample testimonies of others such as myself.
It is very obviously a miserable company, but thanks to others I know what to expect, and I'm fighting them from the very first day that I received their flawed product in the mail.
There obviously can be no resolution process with a company like this."
"Buyer beware!
Bought a s/s guide rod for a Glock 26. Arrived and did not fit the pistol. Contacted them by email with no response. Tried their website, also, no response. Called, put on hold and disconnected. Called back and spoke to someone. Had to describe the whole issue at length ton convince him I wasn't just an idiot who didn't know how to install a rod. Then I had to fill out "RMA" paperwork and ship the $30.00 part back at my own cost of ~$9.00. Was informed it would be a week or two before they had a 'decision' for me (how long does it take to try it in a gun...? they must have a lot of returns). A week later, I was notified I would receive my original purchase price or $30 back. I inquired about my cost of $9 in shipping twice with no answer.
In short, it cost me $9.00 to learn to never buy from lone wolf again. Small price to pay in the long run I suppose. "
"After calling and receiving no answer all week, I finally get through to customer service only to find out I should have contacted them sooner. I left messages and received no call back. After back and forth emailing I was told to contact the first person I spoke with and start everything over. They did not show me any customer service. Looking at other reviews this seems to be the same issue. I do not plan on doing business with them again. It's not about the money, it's about the business and how they treat the customer. I do not feel as if they have customer service!"
"I have had nothing but issues with Lonewolf . Whether it's waiting a year for something they say they are getting in any day. Or getting a timber wolf with constant issues. Or the G9 that is a pile of problems. Oh but if you complain, it's your issue, don't deal with Luke, he is nothing but a excuse on why it's not their issue but somehow your problem. The way he takes it so personal, you would think he was the manufacturer, not just a guy in a cubicle answering phones. He seems to know it all ...except that he sells garbage that shouldn't be released with such issues. If they want to claim they have a better product then glock , they might want to back it up and show a little better customer service and be willing to fix the issues immediately. Or maybe make a product comparable
And then put Employees like Luke , in a dark back room with no contact with customers."
"Seven months ago a ordered a timberwolf frame from lone wolf for my Glock 19. I immediately had multiple issues with it including Week ejection, multiple rounds would fire with one trigger pull, and others.
I found later that I am not alone with these issues with loan wolf frames and after some research actually can see that some people who believe that their pistol is functioning just fine, actually are suffering from some of the same issues that mine had. My pistol ran flawlessly with the original glock frame so I sent an email to lone wolf and was ignored.
After a few attempts through a different department I finally heard back from customer service and was abruptly reminded of their "all sales final" policy. They were very unprofessional and have a laissez-faire attitude toward safety, customer service and their manufacturing process.
Safety is more important to me than the money so I let them know after some frustration, that I would like to send it to them to get the unsafe frame out of circulation and if they feel right about taking my $300 Then Iv'e learned a lesson.
Well they've had my frame now for more than 6 months and the only time I've heard from them is when I gave them some bad press on facebook, They promptly called me the next day to tell me that I have a designated person handling my case and that all communication forward will be through her, that was 6 months ago, nothing since, it was obviously just an attempt to appease me to avoid further bad press.
Now they have my frame and my $300. Lone wolf is a company that will keep your product and your money without so much as lifting a finger for some type of resolution.
So please learn from my $300 lesson and avoid doing business with lone wolf distributors."
"Lone Wolf representatives and managements are unable to step into the shoes of the consumer. Consequently, the company has lost my business and I had a spending history of over $500.00. I ordered a Glock striker spring for about $3.00. Upon receipt, it did not function properly because it was too light. I contacted customer service, asked for advice and an exchange. Instead, the representative, Manwill, launched into a sales pitch listing other springs at MY expense. His supervisor followed the same line! There are many, many Glock part distributors, but I will not return to Lone Wolf!"
"On February 1oth, I ordered a Glock Magazine Extension and Disassembly Tool. I had both products 3 days later. I had no issues with the order and I feel they had very affordable shipping rates, compared to their competitors when using USPS.
I look forward to ordering from them again in the future.
"
"Lone Wolf distributors did a very poor job on the glock slide I sent to have engraved. I have recieved a $25 refund and we're sorry. I was brought up like this, you break it you replace it. Do business with Lone Wolf at your own risk."
