"I was excited to find a website with a good selection of pants that would fit my long legs. Unfortunately although the styles were cute, the customer service has been horrible and I will not be ordering from LEL again. The pants run SMALL (seriously order a size up). so I return 4 pair of pants (over $400 worth of pants) to exchange for the next size up. I use their return label. I call and confirm that they received my return. It took over two weeks for them to receive and process my return. THEN when they did exchange my items they sent the correct size for two of the pants and sent a SMALLER size for the other two! LEL will not respond to my emails and has done nothing to correct or expedite correcting their error. I will be shipping back the smaller sizes and will probably have to wait another two to three weeks before I (hopefully) receive the correct sizes. What a hassle! "
