BUYER BEWARE! “Long Island Shooting Center”

In short: They LIED when they sold me an accessory .
REFUSED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE item which they lied about.
RIPPED ME OFF on an over priced part.

Beware of the SMALL PRINT at the BOTTOM OF RECEIPT “No Refunds Returns or Exchanges”.
Their so called “Gunsmith” is worse than a “Blind plumber without a wrench or a clue!” I went on what he told and sold me on a set of scope rings, mounts and base. Later while upstate on a hunting trip I found he sold me the wrong size. The store owner which I had to wait over twenty minutes to see refused to refund or exchange it. He was very uncaring in his manor and when I voiced my disbelief on how he treated his customers he replied, “have a nice day.” On exiting I told him what he could do to himself.

I was upset with this store but you don’t have to be. It’s my own fault for trusting this place to begin with but, you don’t have to. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

What a way to do business. If they had done the right thing by me, they would have gotten several hundred, even a thousand dollars of my money over the next year. Instead they chose to rip me off for $43.32 and you know I won’t be back. During my trip I did get the right rings and had the scope mounted and bore sighted for less than half the price at “TOM’S BAIT & TACKLE” in Narrowsburg New York. I hit the target about an inch off center at 100 yards, pretty accurate for a bore sighting. I will save my gunsmith needs and bring them on my trips upstate from now on. This way saving over 50% in costs and 100% in aggravation!
