"Very difficult to get in touch with over the phone, called their CS number on their website and one of their store locations with no response. The phone just keeps ringing. when I inquired about an order, a girl responded the next morning letting me know the item was in stock. I placed an order yesterday but I noticed it had not shipped yet. They use their 5 boutiques scattered across NY to ship the item. I decided I didn't want the item anymore and I've been trying to get a hold of them so I can cancel my order. They've been very difficult to deal with so far and I hope I get my money back. Unfortunately my payment is stuck in pending status so I can't do a chargeback. I expect a response tomorrow morning from these people. I will update if anything happens.

UPDATE 2:35p.m.
So they finally responded when I threatened them with a BBB complaint. Supposedly they have a Jewish holiday which I had NO IDEA about. NOPE. NONE. ZILCH. NADA. It wasn't posted on their facebook or on their website that they stayed home on these holidays. If they spent a minute to post on their facebook that they had a day off, I wouldn't have bothered them. I thought they ignored calls like most small businesses would do once they got a hold of your money. Then again NY is being pummeled with a nasty thunderstorm so I figured that might've been the case. So they promise to cancel my order tomorrow. Let's hope they keep their promise. If they do I'll be sure to up this review a few stars. :)

UPDATE 7:44 a.m. 9.30.11

They sent a couple emails letting me know that I was refunded. the CS was very friendly. I won't be shopping here again though, since they heavily rely on other stores to ship for them, I don't think I can handle 3 days for them to locate the store and then ship the item. I'll shop elsewhere instead.
