"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am a long time consumer of lookfantastic, sometimes ordering up 250 euros in products.
My most recent order had these two items half used and I complained to look fantastic and in return they offered 25 euros as a refund. They have become so unprofessional to sell used products and refund a tiny fraction of what I paid - they have been thieves! Beware you will not be helped - you do not want to spend good money here and receive used products, do you? They are stealing from you!

Long time consumer of Look Fantastic, spending up to 250 euros on several occasions. Recent order came with 2 products half used. Complained and they were not helpful and wanted to reimburse a fraction of what I ordered. Second attempt at re-sending one of the products: was sent again half used, with somebody's hair!"

I placed an order in 2018, look fantastic told me it is not successfully placed. In 2019, after 12 months, my money is deducted and the parcel is on the way to an old address. I contacted the after-sale service and I was told to send back the parcel to get a refund. But I can never receive the parcel because the address is wrong.

I have written 4 emails to lookfantastic but each time it is a different person and gives useless answers. After so many email exchanges, they wrote me that they can do nothing for me"

"This is a bad bad bad horrible website, from customer services to aftersales. I NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend buying from them whatsoever. They lied about shipping time, they lied about the product being in stock. Here is a simple reply from their customer service:

"I am really sorry that this has not yet been dispatched. American Crew Fiber (85g) is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock."


An eCommerce website that DOES NOT know when the item will be in stock nor mention that it's not in stock while ordering, yet charged me for it. It took 17 days from the day I ordered until the time of this review, and the order is not yet shipped nor the CS is replying to my emails anymore. Total scam"

"My order is dated 29.06.19 and is not available yet. They have no intention of sending it, but they do not return my money either. This is a fraud ... I will not use them again and recommend them to anyone. Beware of these scammers ...."

"I ordered a curler, never received it and have been trying to get my money back for 6 months. They claimed I would get a refund once this item was returned to the warehouse, however this was not the case. Customer service have not been helpful.

"I ordered my product April 29 and was given a guaranteed very broad delivery date of May 2 - May 7. I kept checking the tracking number which said it was in Phoenix, AZ for nearly a week. I live in Las Vegas.....usually once it is in Phoenix I’ll get my packages the next day, at least two days. So I contact them on May 7 when it was not delivered and all they would tell me was that FedEx had updated that it was in Phoenix again on May 2 so I had to give them until May 15 to update the tracking!! WTF?!! I am having to dispute the transaction with my credit card company because lookfantastic won’t stand behind their own business. Buyer beware!! Stay away from this online retailer!"

"While my order from January 20 still says that it will arrive between January 28th and February 5th (which is already a very long time for this day and age), I asked a customer support rep on February 7th where my product was (as you can't track it anywhere) and she said it missed the boat coming over from UK and would probably be another 30 days.
They never mentioned this was a possibility. That would put the total wait time for face lotion and face wash at between 40-50 days, with no actual idea of when it might show up. Again, my account still shows only that it will arrive between 1/20 and 2/5. Its 2/18. "
