"Just placed an order for my Queen, Loom and Leaf "firm" mattress and am anticipating it's arrival.
After sleeping on a few guest beds traveling to see family, I realized my sleep or, lack there of, was probably due to my 14 year old mattress. After much research, I just kept going back to, first Saatva then given my back and rotator cuff surgeries, and after a call, I was directed to Loom and Leaf. Everything to this point has been just as advertised and rated. Very highly. Expecting my new bed in 9-18 days and will review again from there!"
"Researching the L&L mattress was easy, there was quite a lot of information available. The purchase process was very straightforward. I spoke to a salesperson to order rather than ordering online because I had to have my mattress forward shipped to Alaska since the factory does not deliver directly to Alaska. Arranging for the forward shipping was simple, but making it work was complicated and took multiple phone calls every step of the way because communication between L&L, the initial delivery company (A-1), and the forward shipper seemed to be nonexistent. I don't know what would have happened to my mattress had I not intervened. My main complaint, however, is that I was told the mattress would be boxed for shipping. It was not. It arrived covered by not very durable plastic, with a large tear and a grease stain on the mattress, probably from a forklift somewhere along the way. Highly unsatisfactory, terrible service from L&L, especially since I was told by several different sales people that the mattress would be box when shipped from the factory. I have not yet used the mattress so I cannot speak to either its quality or comfort."
"We went mattress shopping at a large furniture store over Memorial Day weekend. We had a nice salesperson, but he immediately steered us toward some of the most expensive mattresses they had on display and seemed to expect us to make a decision on the spot. Needless to say, we went home without a mattress and were not thrilled at the thought of having to go through that again so we looked at some online mattress companies instead. I was really impressed with the Loom & Leaf website-- it was easy to navigate, had lots of details, FAQ's, unbiased customer reviews, etc. I also like that they only offer two types of mattresses because I feel like this is one of the ways that traditional mattress companies typically trick you into spending more than you need to. A couple days after placing our order, a rep from Loom & Leaf left me a voicemail confirming all the details of our order and explaining the delivery process. While I haven't even laid on the mattress yet, I have been really impressed by the customer service, and can't wait to receive our mattress!"
"All in all a good ordering experience, I have two suggestions....
1. Wait until shipment/delivery to charge the customer's credit card. Given the 9-18 day window for delivery, and following most other online ordering practice, you should wait to charge the card.
2. I had to specifically ask if there was a veteran/military discount during an online chat session. I also had to ask during the follow-up call and request a credit to my card to obtain the $50 discount. Advertising it on your website as well as providing a way to claim the discount on the checkout procedure wouold provide you a marketing advantage. I asked because a competitor specifically offered this and I thought it was worth asking for...."

"I purchased my last mattresses from a brick and mortar store that begins "S". I paid well over $4000.00 for the Sleep to Live king bed. Within the first year, I noticed the mattress developing a pocket in the pillow top. I called the store expecting to find competent employees....was I wrong. After getting the "Run around", I decided to cut my losses. I found the Saatva company while rating mattresses online. I found several sites rated the company #1 so I figured I would give it a try. I have not received my mattress yet, but if the mattress holds up as well as the customer support I have received, I think I will be a satisfied customer. Keep up the good work Saatva employees, I appreciate your knowledge and willing to clarify my questions. "

"After determining which company should be our new mattress builder, we investigated as much as we could to determine which one of the two L&L mattresses to buy. After talking, reviewing, talking some more, and then discussing online with your excellent reps, we ordered the Firm. We received THE call today (Sat., 5-28-16) to confirm everything, and of course we weren't home. Everything your rep stated on the phone and is in the e-mail was correct. The next call should be from the delivery person. Hopefully we will be home and not have to call back. As I said in the title, so far, so good."
