However, once an order is placed, it is inexplicable to me that Loom and Leaf cannot give an exact delivery date within at east 48 hours of ordering. 9 to 18 days is a wide range and very difficult to plan around. Where should we be sleeping meanwhile if we don't have a mattress? For how long do we need to make arrangements? In today's precision data world, this seems surprisingly inefficient."
"I just placed my order for the Loom & Leaf Relaxed Firm King size bed yesterday. After doing extensive online research and visiting local mattress stores, I decided to take the leap and order the bed online. I can't give any reviews yet on the bed, since I just placed my order, but I can give a review for the online chat, website, and ordering process. The website is great, and very informative. I love how everything is open and transparent. The ordering process was obviously very easy and quick. After all my research, I knew exactly what I wanted to order, so it took less than a minute to place my order. I used the online chat feature about 4 times, as I though of different questions. At times I had to wait a minute for a response (I assume the representatives were carrying on more than one conversation at a time), but they always answered my questions. Ultimately, I decided to order this bed because I believe it will be high quality and at a better cost than other beds. I also love the fact that I can try it for four months, and if I decide I'd rather have a regular bed instead of memory foam bed, I can swap it out with the same company for just $99. I wish it was free, but I feel I'm getting such a good value on the bed itself that the $99 would be worth it."
