"I ordered a lotion from this place, got an email on 10/21 a day later from the shipping department that the item was out of stock, did I want to go on backorder or sub another lotion. I responded on 10/23 that I wanted to cancel the order, I heard nothing back. Sent another email 10/24 asking for confirmation the order had been cancelled, still nothing. 10/26 I submitted a request through their online 'contact us' tool asking for status of the cancellation, I have still heard nothing.

In the time it has taken them so far just to respond to my request, I bought the lotion I wanted on e-bay and its already arrived. Pathetic service from lotionsource.com
