Excellent trustworthy service!

"Excellent fair service! I ordered the wrong toner, and they contacted me before sending it, so I could get the right type. Furthermore, instead of sending my order they advised me to check my printer before ordering their product. They are more interested in helping customers than making a buck. Rare these days. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Best Product, Service, Warranty & Price

"I am a long time customer of Lovetoner (5 years?) and they are my "go to", one-and-only toner supply company. Lovetoner provides the best service, warranty and price. It is always worth it to buy the guaranteed cartridges because in those rare instances where there is a problem, they will replace the defective cartridge immediately. Look no further!"

great quality and cheapest price!

"nothing to complain about. The cartridges i bought printed just as crisp as the originals. Got my order within 48 hours and the prices were the cheapest i could find.Definitely buying again. thank you lovetoner."

Terrible customer service!!!!

"They sent me the wrong cartridge - When I attempted to return it, I was told I had to email their customer service email first. So I did that just to have multiple requests by them to send pictures of the actual cartridge they sent AND a brother cartridge that I bought. That wasn't good enough so they asked for additional photos. I refused because they had ample documentation but they had no intentions on making it right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!"

"Bought top of the line toner cartridge set from LOVETONER. They cost over $200 and took so long to arrive I purchased another replacement while waiting. Got the set installed 2 of the 4 cartridges.

The other cartridges sat on a shelf untouched for several years. Gradually I began to have problems with smears on the prints that became so bad the print was often unusable. After a while the black toner once again needed to be replaced so I assumed it was the problem. I put the still unused lovetoner black cartridge into the printer and it squealed stopped and showed printing error. I replaced the old cartridge and it worked again. A few more trys with the lovetoner premium cartridge and again squealed and stopped. Obviously a bad cartridge.

I contacted lovetoner.com for a replacement they said it was too old and refused to replace it. I pointed out it was a bad unit from the start and asked what happened to the lifetime guarantee. They just ignored that and refused to honor the guarantee.

After this I called brother about the smearing. They walked me through the machine and discovered 2 cartridges were leaking. You guessed it the lovetoner.com "PREMIUM" cartridges.

So if you are choosing between different toner vendors just remember LOVETONER.com products are every bit as good as their Worthless guarantee.

"Here is my HORRIBLE experience with LOVETONER. The following is my email to LOVETONER.

Hi,
I just spoke with Steve and he asked that I email you. Below is a copy of my order placed with you on June 18th 2012 for two toners for our SCX4828FN. We recently ran out of toner and placed the first of the toners we purchased from you into the printer. Shortly after installing the toner, a large black smudge appeared at the top left of every printed document. We did all the recommended cleaning and trouble shooting procedures to no avail. We then put in your second toner, this time the printed documents looked like they had the measles. We were then told (not by you) that the printer was the problem. I purchased another printer, when it arrive I placed the first toner cartridge in and again a large black smudge on top left. Placed second toner cartridge in printer, documents looked like they had the measles. I then purchased another toner cartridge from Supplies outlet. The printer now prints great. Looking at your cartridges, cartridge 1 has all the blue rubed off on the left side of roller, cartridge two looks like someone shot it with a shotgun. I am now out the cost of a new printer and two cartridges because of Lovetoners lack of quality control. I am hoping you can offer me a solution to make me whole.

The following is the response I received back from LOVETONER.

We are very sorry about that, you purchased these cartridges a year and a half ago. Cartridges cannot sit on the shelves for that long. Otherwise they expire and the toner goes bad and if exposed to light the drum deteriorates. These 2 are no longer under warranty as the warranty is 90 days so we cannot replace them for you. What we can do for you is send you 2 for $59.95, you can send payment via paypal to ****@****

We would also advise to return the new printer you purchased.

"I have purchased from Lovetoner 6 times or so in the past couple years. The main advantage they have is their prices are great, and they are not a fly-by-night outfit. The disadvantage is that I am never sure, when ordering, if I am going to get new,refill, or refurb carts. This does not bother me much, as long as they work. The price is 1/4 to 1/2 of the OEM new carts and when I have a bad cart (5 or 10% of the time), Lovetoner is very very good about replacing it. I have tried other toner cart vendors and got so much bad product that I gave up using any but OEM, then tried Lovetoner (because the price was great!)and continue to use them. I often open each cart and test and label it , when I first get them, (so I know I have good ones on the shelf)(I had to start doing this due to previous bad vendors). This last shipment of 11 carts had no bad ones.
Some things I live with because the pricing is so good:
-could be new of refilled carts
-the carts might leak a little and have toner on the outside when removing them from the bag
- the density setting may need adjustment
-chipped carts may cause the printer to say things like "non-HP toner" or "toner out"(even though it works fine).
