"Please, please, please learn from my mistake and do not order anything from this company! I placed an order on 2/3/09. My credit card was charged on 2/4/09. On 2/13/09 I received an email from them stating that technical difficulties had occured, my order was cancelled and a refund had been issued. Today is 4/9/09 and I still haven't received a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB to no avail. The company doesn't answer its phone or respond to email. "
