"This site does not deserve a half of a star. They have done nothing but give me the run around for weeks. I never received 2 items from my order (they wont even address that issue) the other items are either too small or too big. I contacted them weeks ago to return. They continued to keep sending me messages asking for more information instead of processing the refund. They say they would offer me partial credit , they offered me $5 out of a $75 order. To date I still have not received the other 2 items even though I paid for them and have received NO REFUND. Every time its a ticket message that requires another reply. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE SHADY SCAMMMERS AND WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUNDS UNTIL YOU GET TIRED. SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!!"

"Runnnnnnnn!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a dress for my moms 60th birthday party and it was a DISASTER. The material was cheap and flimsy, the size was ONE SIZE FITS ALL and I’m a small, the color looks like they washed it 10 times before they sent it out to me. I expedited the order and paid an extra $20. With two days left for my moms party I had to go crazy looking for another dress. These people gave me HELL! I disputed it with PayPal and PayPal wanted me to ship the ugly dress back to them for a refund. Shipping it back would cost me $27 to CHINA. This of course didn’t make sense so I lost out on a lot of money last month. These CHINESE people have infiltrated every website and platform that you hardly know when your items are coming straight from China. Lastly .... RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! They use other people’s pics to make it seem like this is how their clothes looks. SMFH!!! Lesson learned. "
"Do not buy if you are not a high risk customer. I bought a whole bunch of items from them and still have not received my items. And they are in no way interested to assist you. I promise you it’s not a nice experience to spend your money and get neither the items nor the refund. I contact them almost every day and still nothing, being trying to receive my items from July 29th and still nothing. If you are terrified of losses like me from online stores seek out another reputable company to spend your hard earned money. "Almost 2 months ago I ordered a black swimsuit size mediu; however, the size they mailed me was way too small. This entire time u have submitted multiple tickets and even emailed them via PayPal after returning the item and confirming that they received the swimsuit. To this day, they have not issued my refund. I try to respond on their website, but I constantly get an error message. When I try to submit a new ticket, I get a message that they are having "network congestion" whatever that means. Be careful with this site. They are scammers!"
