"This order was easy to purchase and the shipping was fast. However, the hand of the doll did come broken. So I sent in some pictures of the damage and within a few hours I got a response back. Lovemomiji.com replaced my doll (about a forty dollar value) for Free and paid for the shipping (around seven bucks). Not only did Momiji replace it for free, they did not ask for the damaged doll back. The replacement doll was ordered that day and shipped that day, so my sister got her new doll very quickly. I am super happy with Momiji's customer service! They were super easy to get a hold of and responded back to me very quickly. All of my other purchases have been pretty easy/had no problems. I would defiantly recommend Lovemomiji.com and I will be buying from them again soon! :) side note: all the dolls are just super cute and i love the fact that i can write a personal note to put in it for my sister."
