It has been at least 4 months and I still am getting vague answers and excuses for why I have not received it. Even another pay method was offered, but nothing has happened."

"Anyone ordering from LovingTheClassics.com (LTC) needs to be away that on average they ship orders TWO WEEKS after you order them. They will also tell you that it can take up to SIX WEEKS for them to ship your order. They will also NOT tell you if you item is in stock or not. I waited 10 business days to ask about the status of my order and was sent a copy of their FAQ on shipping as a response. When I asked again what the status was, I was finally told that my item was in stock but it may take up to 20 business days for them to ship it.
I've dealt with a number of small video providers, some run out of their home, and they always ship within a day or two. I'm not sure why this guy can't do that but I wanted others to be aware that prompt shipping is NOT their forte."
