"It looks like this web site's runner is either dead or defunct. While the site still operates fine, and takes payment, it fails to generate orders/receipts. My guess is the owner has either died or quit, unfortunately. Mailboxes/customer support are non-functional. Phone is disconnected on one number, full mailbox on the other. It's so sad, as whoever ran this put a lot of effort into this place, and it's a testament that it still functions well as designed, but it probably should be stopped or shut down. It's a sad day for those of us who would still love to get the old movies/shows.

"Considering the positive reviews listed below from the summer of 2018, you would think that this operation is legit. The reviews after that period quickly turn pretty sour. What happened here?! I don't know if this is a scam or just a very poorly run operation. Either way, stay away from it. I placed an order in mid-February. I received no email confirmation at all. I emailed LTC constantly for status updates and received no response whatsoever. However, over the course of a month and a half, my card was charged the order total THREE TIMES!! I still gave them the benefit of a doubt and emailed them, demanding that they advise on when the blasted order would be sent. No response at all. I then called my card company to erase the charges. They are opening up a full investigation into LTC over these fraudulent charges."

"Ordered a DVD on October 19, 2018. I was informed that when the package is shipped I will be sent an email with a link to track my order. As of today; December 6, 2018; I have not received my order or a shipping conformation notice. The amount for the DVD was immediately debited from my account on the date of the order. I contacted customer service via email; on November 2, 2018; to inquire about my order, and was informed that it was going to be shipped that following Saturday. As of today; December 6, 2018; I have not received my order. I contacted them again via email on December 3, 2018; and have not received a response!"

""Loving the Classics" (https://www.lovingtheclassics.com/) has stolen from me. Too late, post-order, I researched them. This internet "company" has been ripping off customers for years. Not only are they not supplying the movies on disc that customers order, what they're claiming are "public domain" movies are not.
On April 23, I paid with credit card in the amount of $13.90 for a copy of the movie, The Godmothers, (order #1200004693) which they claim to have four copies in stock.
On four occasions, I emailed them (as urgency was important on the order) with no response.
Attempting to call them via the supplied phone number on their website, their mail-box is full.
I realize $14 bucks is nothing and frankly, I don't care about the money. I'm just surprised--based on their clearly illegal activity--that they're still allowed to rip off hundreds of unsavvy consumers (myself one of them).
Over four months later, I haven't heard a peep, certainly haven't received my film. The friend I bought it for has died. These guys are criminal. Should I finally ever receive my film (which they gladly took the money for and ran with), I'll retract this. But I don't see that happening."
