purchase such hard-to-find films as "Come On Marines," "Dizzy Dames," and others that do not appear on E-Bay or Amazon. Although my experience with LTC has been brief--since just before Christmas of 2014-- it has been a very satisfactory one . The movies I purchased were very fairly priced, arrived timely, were very attratively packaged, and of acceptable quality. I would give them my most favorable recomendation. "
"At the time I made my purchase their website indicated that the items were in stock. After two weeks of not hearing any word via email or telephone and not receiving my purchase I called their customer service number only to be greeted with an answering machine. I left a detailed message that included my phone number and confirmation number, but I did not hear back from anyone. Another few days went by and I called again and again I was greeted with the answering machine. Again, I left a detailed message, but I am still waiting to hear from someone. If I do not hear anything by the end of the week, I will cancel the purchase and move on."

"The quality of the DVD was a little disappointing, not very sharp probably because it was copied from a VHS tape originally. Several other purchases were satisfactory if a little slow on delivery.

On subsequent orders and purchases the customer service has been abysmal and very frustrating and they seem to show a lack of concern for a loyal customer bordering on being disrespectful, indeed their customer service is hit and miss at best, sometimes they will answer an email and other times they don't, they try to ignore you hoping that you will just forget it in frustration, this is a very poor attitude to customer care and service and they will lose many loyal customers to another company that really does provide good customer service.
My main complaint has been with DVD-R disc's that were defective recordings that started pixelating between 8 minutes and 25 minutes in and then froze and completely locked-up, out of one recent order of 13 DVD-R disc's 10 disc's had this defect, to this date the company has done nothing to resolve this problem and have not replied to my email requests for assistance with this matter, on an earlier order request for a replacement DVD-R they told me it must have been a faulty copy, the replacement was an improvement as the "Menu" worked but it still locked up half way through the movie, this is a quality control issue and I'm sure other customers have had the same problem. DVD-R's I bought earlier from the company still play with no problem. I have tried playing the faulty DVD-R disc's on my Blu-Ray player and my all regions DVD player the result is the same on both players. I am also still waiting for some orders I placed up to six months ago.
Received an email from the company last week saying that if I say something positive about them on this Reseller Ratings website and send them the link to it that they will give me a free DVD-R movie, but why would I do that it would probably be a defective disc anyway, I would just like them to resolve the problem with the DVD-R disc's that I have paid for, and do the right thing by providing some good customer service to me.
If LovingtheClassics.com do the right thing and resolve my issues I will update this review, but I won't hold my breath waiting for that to happen, so take this warning to beware of very poor customer service from this company."
