"(1) Could not tell whether the item was shipped or delivered to address when item was shipped.
(2) Could not tell whether the item was delivered to address when item was delivered.
(3) Item did not actually show up at address until several days after notification that it was delivered.
(4) Had trouble reporting dissatisfaction with reporting system.

Recommend rewording of notifications to prevent confusion.

"I ordered two movies "View from Pompey's Head " and the "Iron Man". Pompey came in defective and would not play. I repeatedly E-Mailed requesting a new CD, or least desirable a refund of what I had been charged. I was informed a new one would be sent. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach you, as of this day, I have not heard from you or received a good CD.

As stated, I also ordered "Iron Man". It took approximately six (6) weeks to receive same when I repeatedly was told it was being shipped each time I inquired.

Now, I respectfully ask you, under the circumstances described, how would you rate the experience I have had?

"This is the 2nd order I've placed with LTC and I have been very pleased with the service both times. The order is processed and shipped quickly with tracking info provided. I placed my 1st order in June and placed an order with another seller, Jubilee DVDs, at the same time. I received my order from LTC within a week but still haven't received my order from Jubilee DVDS as of 8/2/2014. I've tried contacting them several times in the last couple of months by e-mail and phone and have still received no response. No tracking info was provided with their order and being out $43.00 (which they processed the payment the very day of the order) with absolutely NO customer service support from Jubilee DVDS is very hard to swallow. All my business will go to Loving the Classics.com from now on. They are winners in my book."
