"very disappointed with the dvd.the sound was very bad quality but the worst thing was it kept skipping back to the beginning about every few minutes .we didn't even see the whole movie because we kept having to forward past the bad places in the dvd"

"I am very disatisfied with the way the movies came out. Some of them you can't hear what they are saying and othjers have like a film or glare around them as well as poor quality. I have tried to contact Destiny again and I can't get through her mailbox is always full and no one ever answers her phone. I do not call that good business ethics at all. I would like to know what they are going to do about this. I am on SSDisability I can't afford to throw money away.
