"Ordered contacts on Oct/24. checked on order and found that there was a delay due to the astigmatism lenses. Was assured the product was not back ordered and would ship out Oct 30. Paid for overnight shipping to our hotel. No order was shipped or delivered as promised. Cannot reach customer service on Fridays to ask why. Called/emailed to ask why and have to wait for person to call/email back. VERY UPSET at being misled and not seeing any update on the web order. Rather suspicious that the company operates under multiple names (VisionPros.ca). If I could give them a zero rating, I would."
