"I was planning on doing business with LTemp after one of their sales manager approached our business and gave us samples of their product line a couple months back. Today I was approached by him again and he requested that I pay for all the samples that had been given to me! Their management came up with a new policy recently and they want to go retroactive! I find it ridiculous how I was given samples prior to this company policy and now they want to enforce it ! Another thing that **** me off is that their cables are not certified which causes the phone to display "accessory not supported message" my suggestion is to avoid doing business with them. "
