"This printing place is so awful. I should have read their customer reviews before placing my order via Groupon. It took them forever to print just one wall-decal order. I bought this decal printing from Groupon and placed the order on LTLPrints.com on April 5, 2015, but I still haven't received anything from LTLPrints by May 12, 2015. Every time I contacted them to check on the status of my order, they kept saying that they are working on it... blah..blah..blah

"What an awful experience.
Placed my order on 3/22/15 using a Groupon discount for 2 custom prints. Order should take 3-4 business days according to their website. Asked for info on 3/31/15 since I had not received anything yet. On 4/10/15 package arrived with the wrong items. I ordered cutouts prints, and received 2 murals ! Contacted them immediately, and customer rep tried to find several excuses for THEIR mistake. First, I didn't select 'cutout' when I clearly remember doing it and writing details about what to cut out and what not. So, he decided to blame it on the Groupon: it did not include cutouts. I asked him to show me where that restriction is, and I haven't received any response since.
I will never do business with this company again."
