"I was quite pleased with my order. It was accurate, arrived quickly, there were several free samples included, as well as a hand-written note from the associate who packaged my order.
Absolutely would have been a 5 star rating if it weren't for 2 small issues:
1.) The order confirmation promised a shipping confirmation which would include a tracking number. I was sent a "receipt," but no indication that it had shipped. I had no idea when to expect it.
2.) A liquid silicone product included in my order leaked during shipping. Thankfully it was sealed in a separate plastic bag with only one other item, but it was still a mess to clean up.

I must say the price of my purchases couldn't be beat. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from LubeZilla again (despite the "leak"). "
