"The invoice number is actually the transaction number from when we registered the car; this place doesn't issue invoices or really too many documents of any kind beyond the bare bill of sale and a boilerplate warranty.
Bottom line, avoid this place. Don't make the same mistake I did, getting lured in by low prices. The sensors on the car I bought from them had been reset, so the check engine light didn't go on for about 150 miles. I had it inspected and brought this dealership the inspection report so they'd know what to fix (catalytic converter, oxygen sensor, camshaft sensor) under their warranty.
They gave me the car a week later with a repairs receipt which noted that each problem was "solved". When I took it back to the place that had inspected it before (Sullivan of Braintree, AAA-certified), they showed me that none of the parts had been replaced...the sensors had just been reset again.
Lucine's has denied me documents and repair receipts, told me that the car was fixed when it was not, and fought me every step of the way on the warranty."
