"Perhaps I picked a busy evening to place my order but the response time on the website was terribly slow. And when I finally got to the point of placing the order, after selecting all my products, the screen was distorted and the buttons wouldn't operate. I had to exit the site and hope that when I rebooted - the next day - that my order was still active. Fortunately the next day my order still existed and the screens worked as they should so I was able to complete the order process.
PS - I don't think it was an issue with my isp as other sites worked normally. "
