"I bought acai togo berry powder recently. Issue is I had made this same order back when there was a sale on Black Friday. There was a 20% discount. Without letting me know why, it was cancelled.. I made the order multiple times and got cancelled again next day.. my discounts have all been cancelled and lost. I msg them and they finally said it was cancelled because they are backordered. They gave me. $5 discount code for next order. I would have saved over $200 for the orders if I had made it on Black Friday.. so why would you let me order if it’s going to get cancelled.. you have lost a customer for life lucky vitamin. "

"I placed and order on Jan. 1, with a promised delivery time of 3-6 business days, which should have been, at the latest, Thursday, Jan. 9. Once I placed the order I got an e-mail stating expected delivery Jan. 14. I tried to contact you and discovered that you have no customer service phone, so I sent an e-mail through your website, and got no response. I then got a series of e-mails constantly changing the arrival date of the package. As of today, Jan. 12, I have not received my order. I sent a 2nd e-mail to you and got no response. You charged my credit card immediately upon receipt of the order, which seems to be the only thing you've done in a timely manner. I informed you in my first e-mail that I will be away from home for 2 months as of Jan.13, so that delivery after that date is useless to me. I have now disputed the charge to my credit card, and will certainly not ever do business with you again,"
