I have also been impressed by how the products are packaged and delivered as promised. "Ordered Barlean's flax oil for dogs. At checkout, received notice the item must be shipped on ice with 2 day priority shipping mandatory. Did as requested & paid additional $27. Item arrived 5 days later with NO ICE packs. The shipping confirmation (inside the box) shows the ice pack charge, and, the inclusion of ice packs was checked off by whomever packed my order. The outside label shows the shipper charged only $4.99 shipping.
This is the SECOND time I've ordered this product from them, and the SECOND time this has happened to me. No response from the company either time. Be aware of this if their procurement software shows "mandatory priority shipping/ice packs required" on their Checkout page. Find another vendor for these types of products. "
