"LuckyVitamin are scamming people by offering free shipping on orders over £55, however when you get to the checkout they ask you for further substantial amount (up to £42) to post to 'cover duties and taxes' although they pretend to have a base in the UK. If you go for free delivery as you have been promised your parcel is likely to be confiscated by customs, they do not make customer aware of this. Customs put on extra hefty charges and you are likely to get a card through your door from Royal Mail telling you, you have to pay extra to collect you item. I was charged £20.01 to collect mine. The reason they are offering cheaper prices is because they are not paying taxes and duty themselves - you will be. If I wasn't promised free shipping to place the order in the first place I might have paid the extra, however I wanted the deal I was lured in upon. Other customers - see TrustPilot have had their deliveries confiscated or simply never arrive and when they contact Unlucky Vitamin their customer non-service tell them they are not responsible and will not refund them. This is happening to many UK based customers. When they tell you they are not responsible they do not even apologise, they are not polite and they do not care."
