"Not clear about customs and shipping. Paid for a 3-5 day delivery to the UK via DHL.

Item was then held by customs and revenue in the UK. I had to pay the businesses agent to complete the taxes and revenue process otherwise I would have lost all my money as visa said that despite it not being clear on the website it is hidden in the T&Cs and as such, they couldn't carry out a chargeback.

DHL is no longer delivering the item as well it is Yodel a crap delivery firm and it will most likely be lost so let's see what happens!

All in all I had to pay nearly just as much as the item on fees and taxes. Live chat customer service is useless and never replies."
