"One of the best companies by far! I have been on a very fixed budget, so i had to get my luggage last minute. I called them, they understand my problem, and upgraded my order to have it shipped out faster. I have dealt with a TON of online merchants, but never in my life has a company went out of their way and did something like that for me. To me, that's REAL customer service and that's why companies like this always retain their customers. I will recommend you to everyone and be returning for future purchases.

"Waited patiently for luggage.com to get a new batch of Piel Traveler 24" Duffel Bags with Pockets. Called on Monday, and I had it the next afternoon via UPS Ground shipping. Couldn't ask for better service, and the quality of the Piel bag is outstanding. Will shop from this store again.
