Sell items on sale, then come back and sale sorry the sale is over, we can only give you 10% off ( after you have paid the sale price)

"This is a horrible company! They advertised a set of Bric’s luggage which I ordered. I was promptly charged $550 for it, and then told they didn’t have the set because it was damaged. I had contacted them THREE times to ensure they had what I wanted so I would not have any problems! Still waiting for my money back! The also go by another name PORTMANOS and sell on AMAZON. I saw another piece of luggage on there I wanted, it said they had 15 in stock. I knew better than to trust them. I wrote to them and asked if they actually had it. They said no, not in the color I wanted. I told them they were advertising on AMAZON that they had 15 of them. They told me I was wrong. I sent them a screenshot. They told me bthey would update their listing. Not even an apology. Twice burned by this company... if I could give them negative stars, I would."
"Placed an order for a carry on. Received email confirmation same day and the next day received an email saying the luggage was no longer available after they put a hold on my card for $423. Now let's see how long before it drops off or if it does??????? 11111"
"Ordered a replacement piece of luggage for my wife well in time for Christmas. I received an order confirmation and a tracking number within an hour after placing the order and felt like all was under control. Now six business days later, the item still hasn't shipped from their warehouse. Used the chat line to get details and over 20 minutes later without a clear answer, I called CS and the lady on the other end, was very rude and pushy. I have left a request for a Supervisor to call me. I will cancel order if not being shipped today. I have used them 3 times in the past and this will be last."
"Ordered a Briggs duffle bag about 2 1/2 years ago. The deal was too good to be true. Indeed it was a lie. They took the order, charged my credit card and, after two weeks of non-delivery, they said that they wouldn't ship because the manufacturer had raised the price. Only after threatening to charge-back through my credit card company did the agree to a refund. This is abuse.
Two-and-a-half years later they're still spamming me with their nasty lying emails. They do this in spite of multiple 'unsubscribe' requests. These people are the worst.

"I placed an order for a luggage set and an Eyeshade. The luggage set arrived but the eyeshade NEVER arrived. I called and was promised a call back after the lady contacts the warehouse. She never called back. I called again today 8/4/2016 only to be told that they no longer have the item and offered me a refund. I am not sure how genuine is the offer and if they will actually give me a refund more than 2 months later. Appears to be a very small operation with new ownership."
"I ordered a piece of luggage 4/5/2005. I was promptly charged for the luggage. It is now 4/22 and no luggage.
I called and was told it was delivered to luggageonline. I also was told it was to be delivered tomorrow and then she said it was to be delivered today. We shall see. This is the WORSE service ever and very iffy customer service. I will not be using them again!"
"Very shocked by some of these negative reviews. I read them before ordering, and decided to take a chance anyway...so glad I gave luggage online a chance to prove themselves! Price was amazing, my order went through with no problems, I received an email order confirmation in a very timely manner, and my order was shipped and I received it in less than a week. Great deals on good quality products and great service! Very impressed, and would definitely recommend!"
"I am a disgruntled customer of Luggageonline. I first purchase Delsey Aero 29 inch hardside from Luggageonline. The price was better than Amazon, at the time, but it took a week longer than promised to be received. I called several times, but the reps (1) could not find the order (2) said the order had been shipped which it hadn't been (3) the warehouse was not returning their calls. I asked the reps to call me back when they had information, but they never did. When I emailed asking for assistance I never heard back. I FINALLY received the luggage after 2 weeks of anxiety. This this month I found another piece of luggage on sale and called Luggageonline and placed the order. The rep said a supervisor would call me back the next day and discuss the previous issue. I never received and call and called back myself. This time the rep said that he could not find my account and that he did not even show an order for me in the system. What a company!!!!!! Needless to say I did not repeat the order and will NEVER order from this company again. The small savings IS NOT worth the aggravation this company causes."

"I should have looked around for review on Luggage Onlne before placing an order because I would never have placed an order and will tell everyone I know to not place an order with Luggage Online because they absolutely suck at customer service. But I did not research them so I ordered a bag for my 17 inch laptop and it arrived on time and in good condition since it came straight from the manufacturer, but I decided it would not work for my needs. Tried to get an RMA through their online system but it kept giving me an error message and would not produce one. SO I spent over a week calling them everyday and leaving messages for them to call me to set up the return. They never called back once. Tried all options on their phone system, even trying to place an order figuring that they would at least want to talk to someone who wanted to give them money. But no, I never got a live person EVER on the phone system. And now the 30 days for their 30 day return guarantee has passed to I am out of luck to get my money back on a bag I do not want. Before my 30 days were up, I filed a complaint a complaint with the NJ BBB for Failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support. Now I will follow it up with a failure to fulfill their money back guarantee. "
"Luggage online sent me a 10% off coupon for my first order as a new customer. I ordered a $300 item from them. They charged me the full $300, which I viewed as an honest mistake. But when I called them on it after having taken delivery, they refused to give me my 10% off, telling me that the coupon did not apply to the item. At worst this is a ripoff, and at best it shows an extremely bad attitude toward customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I suggest you do the same. "
"I ordered a bag from them once and will never do it again. Though the bag is fine (should be since it drop shipped from the manufacturer), the customer service is horrible.
Their online system never updated once I placed the order and I was never provided with tracking details. I had to call them multiple times to get an order status at which time they finally fulfilled my order. What should have been a 3 day process lasted more than a week.
Bottom line is, give your business to someone else who has superior customer service--these guys don't care about their customers."
"Horrible! They don't have accurate stock tracking, and they take forever to start fulfiling orders. I made the mistake of ordering a bag here instead of on the manufacturer's website, and they took forever to tell me that they were actually out of stock-- by which time the manufacturer had sold out too. They weren't especially apologetic about it either.
If you really want the item you're ordering, order elsewhere."
