"I have placed 3 orders with Luggage Pros and received 2 of the orders the next day! The only reason the other one took a couple of days to arrive, was because it had to be shipped from the manufacturer instead of the warehouse. Bags arrived in great shape and their customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who I spoke with was extremely helpful, followed up with me and followed through on his words. "We were looking for a TravelPro carry on rolling garment bag and found the best price at a number of locations to be $239. I found the Luggage Pros website, and the same piece was offered at $179.99. The site also offered a 10% first time user incentive, but with the usual 'Certain Exclusions Apply' disclaimer. After researching Reseller Ratings we became very apprehensive about doing business with this company. After discovering they accepted PayPal as a form of payment, we decided to take a chance. What an Awesome experience! The item was in stock, at the advertised price, the 10% discount was applied, and shipping was free! Order was placed at 5:00 pm Sunday evening and delivered brand new, unopened, and as described, Thursday afternoon, during the Christmas season rush! Will absolutely do business with these people again!"
"This last Summer I ordered a piece of luggage from Luggage Pros for a trip I had planned two weeks out. I also submitted an email asking Luggage Pros if my order would arrive before my trip. I did not receive a reply to my question. I received a confirmation email stating the luggage I had ordered would be shipped from the warehouse and my CC was charged. A week later I received an email from LP stating the luggage I ordered had been discontinued!! I knew this was not true for I had researched this particular piece of luggage for months before I placed my order. To verify I called Eagle Creek directly and asked them if this was true and they informed me that the luggage I ordered was one of their most popular luggage and that it had NOT been discontinued. To add insult to injury I noticed the same luggage I ordered continued to be listed for sale on the Luggage Pro site. Now it is Oct and I see that Luggage Pro continues to sell the same luggage they claimed was discontinued however, they have increased the price to full price. For most of 2015 and when I ordered the luggage was priced at $184. Now it is $230. I submitted an email to the CEO of the company and he called to apologize. He claims I fell through the cracks. I have a difficult time accepting the apology when he turns around and increases the price on the very luggage he cancelled on me at $184. What is a consumer to think? I have read similar reviews concerning this company. I'm in agreement with those reviewers and cannot recommend this company to anyone. "

"Purchased a set of luggage from luggage pros in april. Noticed in may I had recived some fraudulent charges on my card shortly afterwards. I also noticed a strange file on my computer. I got a letter in late June stating someone hacked the payment info from my order. I can't get rid of the file on my computer, i have to spend at least $150. to have the file removed. I feel the inconvenience of the good buy far outweighs the hassle I've gone through disputing the charges to my account and cost of reparations. I won't purchase from luggage pros again. I feel the security breech is not worth the risk. I would rather buy from a regular website and pay more for the security of my purchase. "
"After reading these reviews I was worried about ordering from this company, but because the set of luggage I wanted costed $70 less than I could find it anywhere else I did. Also, I never right reviews but had to so others don't wind up second guessing using this company.
I called customer service prior to placing my order (after hours) because it said free shipping and there was still a charge for $10 or so that was in my total. I left a message and got a call back the next day (on a Saturday)I missed the call but I had already placed the order so didn't call back. I placed the order and left a note in the comment section about the shipping and also mentioned I had a coupon code for 10% off and didn't see where I was supposed to enter it. I got an email back the next day explaining that the $10 was an oversize charge but I did get the regular shipping free (it states that in their shipping policy but I didn't bother to read it) but they adjusted the price and gave me my 10% off.
I ordered the bags late Friday night and had them by Wednesday just using the free basic shipping. The luggage seems great and just what I wanted.
Glad I ordered from them and I found the service above what I'd normal expect.

"Very poor communication. I ordered a mobile office hard case carry-on, and paid a $25 expedited shipping fee for 2-day air, however mentioning in the comments that I needed this bag by a certain date and if they couldn't accommodate to please let me know as I had a trip planned and would need to make other arrangements. Unfortunately I didn't bother to check all of the scathing reviews they've gotten from other disgruntled customers. Anyway, I received an order confirmation right away, and the following day called their Customer Service folks to verify it would be expedited and she assured me that it would "go out tomorrow or the next day" for me to receive by my desired date. Well, 4 days later still no shipping notification so I call today and they now say "it didn't go out and the warehouse is closed due to inventory." At this point I requested the order be cancelled which she said she would do (but based on other reviewers comments that they never seem to process refunds I took a screenshot of our live chat and am prepared to call my credit card company as well as the BBB if I do not see the refund quickly). She did apologize -- that much I can say."
"Shady marketing techniques. Got an email offer for 15% off. Fine print said " Some restrictions apply" and not much else. When I tried to buy a bag the discount wasn't available. It turns out that many major brands were excluded including Travelpro, Rimowa, Briggs & Riley, and Tumi, as well as all closeouts. Essentially, many of the most desirable items are excluded, but Luggage Pros uses some pretty shady tactics to hide the information up front. It only makes me wonder what other surprises they may have that are justified in unclear fine print. I'll stick with stores that offer more transparency and trust."
"I had not read all the bad reviews about Luggage Pros or I may not have purchased from them. But A week and a half ago I did and ordered a Beautiful Halliburton Briefcase I had always wanted but never fond a price I liked but Luggage Pros had them for about 50% off and I was ordering one that usually sells for 650 to 700 and ordered it for 345 and free shipping. I even called and asked the stupid questions like "Is this price real" and "is this really a Halliburton" and was told it was and that I would be very happy. Well in five days I received the case and was very, very happy because I got what I ordered, at a great price, brand new, in perfect condition, paid no shipping, and was treated kindly to boot by a real human being. I am sorry when other people have a bad experience because I have had them too and do everything in my power to make sure they don't get away with anything and so far I am 100% to the good and what is sad that some of these companies do not even try to make it right. So again I am happy to tell you I had a good experience on an expensive purchase and again am sorry for those who did not but sometimes there are timing issues when ordering and companies do screw up and do not mean to... I am going to order some more luggage pros and if they don't perform well I will give a proper review just like I am now...

"I had ordered a travel bag on luggagepros and needed it within the next 3 weeks. Five days after of ordering, I was checking the order status and it said "processing". I had sent them an e-mail asking if they meant that the term "processing" mean that it was shipped. I did not get an e-mail back. Finally, two days later, a full week had passed and I checked the status and it still said "processing". Instead of e-mailing, I decided to call and check on the order. The lady was nice and helped me out. Unfortunately, she said it still hasn't shipped. It has been a week and now I need my bag in 2 weeks. She said the $60 shipping that I had paid for would have it ordered in 11-18 business days. Therefore, I definitely would not get my travel bag in time. So I upgraded to the $90 shipping, which would take 11 days. This shipping method was pushing it as I would atleast get the bag on the day that I am to leave for my trip...so I was hoping to get lucky and get it on atleast the 9th business day. However, I thought that was pushing it too much, so I called back to fully cancel my order.
Right after I cancelled my order, I searched again on the internet for a deal on the bag. Found another website that had the bag at a cheaper price and the shipping was also $60. However, this shipping method was different and this online store said they would ship on the same day as the order and that it would take 2 business days to be delivered. That day I had ordered the bag, they shipped it the same day and recieved it within 2 days (also this shipping method provided a tracking number). I am pleased that I had cancelled my order with luggagepros and did my business with a different online store. I'm glad I did as the cost of the bag was cheaper and the shipping method was much better.
I have done a lot of online shopping before (atleast with 10 other online companies). This was my very first bad experience. I would highly recommend others to shop around and look at other websites with their sales and shipping methods. Simply because of their shipping method and the experience I had, I will never purchase or recommend luggagepros."
