"Bought a item from them by mistake on ebay thanks to my kid having my phone. Sad thing is I did put the item in my cart just to save them as a seller and go back and buy some stuff. Kid had phone and clicked and bought a couple things. I noticed two minutes later and messaged all three people she bought from and recvd proper cancelations within minutes. This place marks item as shipped at 3 oclock in the morning and tells me they wont refund. So I had to cancel with my bank. Just a ton of steps I should not have had to taken and any company that cares about customer service wouldnt make you take."
"I had recently purchase x10 XBOX Original games and all the 10 XBOX Original game discs where pretty much corrosive with some kind of polishing compound disc resurfacing machine that I do not use or own but Lukie Games. This merchant company store lukie games send me out a prepaid UPS label and I never received any UPS return authorization label from Lukie Games at all. One of the women that works at this company merchant store was very extremely rude and un-pleasent and told me that if I do not return back all x10 of the XBOX original games, I would be blacklisted from there store!!!! A normal game store company or any other company does not treat their customers or talk to their own customers this way but Lukie Games indeed did!!!!
In one of the email correspondence with Lukie Games told me to use rubbing alcohol to remove all that white polishing disc material off with my fingers, yet doing so ruins the game disc entirely. On the other hand, Lukie Games is in clear violation of various manufacturer video game console multi-nation corporation's Legal matters of Copyright Infringement, selling manufactured products and services without prior writte consent of Microsoft Corporation XBOX, Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc, Sega Corporation, Nintendo Corporation and also Violating third party game publisher's terms of use policies as well!!!!! This Lukie Games store needs to be sanctioned and face getting sued by the console manufacturers and third party game publishers that holds intellectual property to their own game software products!"
"Got the game in a sketchy Walmart case. Didn't have the case and after calling their support they told me you'd have to click an option I didn't have to get the case for it as an extra charge. Who in their right mind would charge for a game case?! That's outrageous. This company is sketchy, don't use them. Go through somewhere else. "
"I've been buying from Lukie Games for many years now. They are typically pretty pricey so they aren't always my first go-to but I do like using their point system to get free games from time to time.
I have never had any problems with my purchases from them. The cartridges or cases were always cleaned and in great shape and they always came within the time range I was told.
I think there has only ever been one game that didn't work perfectly but I can't really blame them for that because the game only crashed in one particular area that would be easy to miss during testing.
All in all they aren't perfect but they are often the best option and keep their stock in good condition. Don't be scared off by the negative reviews. I guarantee they are the vocal minority."
"My friends and I ordered the 3 most expensive N64 controllers from the Lukie games website. All 3 controllers were listed as 5 star and as original controllers. 10 days later the controllers arrived to us in Canada which isn't bad but we paid extra for faster shipping. All 3 controllers have replacement aftermarket joysticks in them which is exactly what we were trying to avoid. Also on 2 of the 3 controllers, the z button seemed to be stuck in the controller. The z button still worked but didn't feel right at all. We are now shipping these back during a pandemic and we will likely lose some of our money as we paid extra for shipping. If these controllers weren't falsely advertised, we would have never purchased them in the first place. Terrible experience."

I prefer to return the package and get a full refund + return shipping.
Why:
1st) because i ordered a collectors edition that was supposed to be a bigger package i payed more for shipping and more for customs because the item and price that where declared on the packing slip was higher so if i return it i can redeclare to customs that i am returning the package back to the sender and i can get additional 33.20$ back.
2nd) if i get a refund of 45$ it means i am paying 76.47$ for the same item that priced at 70.47$ right now on your website.
3rd) as you did not question me or asked for photo or video proof i am confident that i was sent an deluxe edition instead of collectors edition with 51$ difference with the intention of me noticing it or not + the customs declaration clearly says 121.47$ on the package even if it is not the same product that was put inside the package.
And one more thing how can the item arrive incomplete the packaging is small it could never fit a figure 12.01 x 12.01 x 10 inches inside it in the first place.
and my last reason is for all the trouble i prefer to buy a brand new sealed one for 150$ on amazon.

"Lukie Games is a good place to go to when you are looking for a variety of games over an assortment of consoles. Prices can be close to market value but usually there is a decent markup which is understandable because it is a business. Quality is usually good but can vary. I have ordered multiple items and 90% of the time they come in good shape. Other times the cases were broken or the games didn't work. This is a very small margin but it can happen. I would recommend this site for shopping if you live in the states but in Canada you can get gouged by shipping and exchange rates. "
"Ordered a GameCube controller for $35, controller came in the mail in a beaten up box, when I took controller out of package it was covered in scratches, dings, and black filth caked under and on top of the c stick/analog stick. eBay price jacking at its finest, but can’t take the time to even clean the controller.

I have made two purchases from them within the past 5 years. In one purchase I bought 2 third-party N64 Controllers, in the other purchase I bought a Wii U Gamecube Controller adapter to use on my Nintendo Switch. In both orders, I received the products within the time frame, and I received exactly what I ordered. They do sell a lot of remade/third-party products, so make sure you know what you are buying beforehand so you are not surprised when it is not 100% authentic.
In terms of quality, it is pretty good. One of the N64 controllers I bought works perfectly, and it has been my best N64 controller for five years. The other N64 controller did break after a week of use, which is the reason I gave them four stars instead of five. However, I partially blame myself because instead of utilizing their free 90-day return policy, I tried to fix the controller myself and ended up completely ruining it. The Wii U Gamecube Adapter works perfectly on my Nintendo Switch, with no issues so far (I have only been using it for a few days).
Overall, I will continue to use Lukie Games. Two out of the three items work great, and I should have used their return policy on the third item. I have found no other Nintendo reseller that I trust like Lukie Games."
