"I hadn't expected the case for the Sega Saturn "Die Hard Trilogy" to be in such bad shape (the cover hinges are completely broken off on both top and bottom so it just sits on the case), but it did have the original case and the instructions, and that was all that was promised; I just sort of assumed the case would be in good condition despite not being told that it would be, so it wouldn't very well be fair to hold that against you.
