"Before giving Lukie Games a try I first read the reviews and noticed they have both bad and good reviews, these reviews were mainly Youtube experience reviews. I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I went to there official Lukie Games website and started an online account which was simple to do by the way. I ordered three games thru Paypal. Games arrived a few days before expected due date! So, shipment is very prompt! I ordered three used classic game cartridge titles from them, not knowing the condition the games would be in. I'm always hoping the games would at least be in very good condition. One Sega Genesis game and 2 SNES games. The Sega Genesis game which is Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine was near mint condition and included the original case and owners manual. The SNES games which is Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball and Brunswick World Tournament Bowling both arrived in very good condition with the labels intact (labels showed very minor signs of wear). All three games seemed to be clean and they all worked perfectly as soon as I plugged them in! These were three used games so I didn't expect them to look sparkling brand new and they didn't. Like I said, the Sega game looked like it was barely used (used like new) while the SNES titles looked a little more used with the full labels in intact! I paid $16.97 for the Sega game which was fair in my opinion because it was almost a new game with the hard case and book included. The SNES bowling game was $3.97 and the SNES baseball game was $5.47. Both SNES games are only cartridges with no case or booklets. In all my order came to $26.41. I got free shipping for ordering over $25 and obtained 26 lukie points for these purchases. The games were carefully heavily bubble wrapped and snugged in a giant white plastic envelope and the games have no damage from shipment. The prices were a fair bargain for what I ordered in my opinion! There are so many scamming websites online, so you have to be very careful of where you make purchases. I assume costumers just want to be treated fairly when they shop on an online store. If online stores do their customers right it surely pays off in the long run, it just creates good business. Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Lukie Games along with my order! From this experience, I give Lukie Games all five of their stars! I plan on ordering from them again in the future and I recommend them."

"I ordered a gamecube sims game from Lukie for the first time. The game was used but the description stated that the game was in excellent condition. My boyfriend told me not to trust the sits but I really wanted the game so i went against his judgement and ordered it anyways. The ordering process went well and I received the game on time. But guess what? When i went to play the game it wouldn’t work! I took the game out to see if it was dirty and i saw that the game was completely damaged to the point where the game system couldn’t read it. I am expecting a full refund and i will never order from them again. I should have listened to my boyfriend "

"Greatest way to buy games and safest most polite Customer service I have ever run into. I bought a stack of old XBOX 360 games (22) on 6-22-17 and it takes a while to play through each one, now six months later I run into a disc that isn't reading and I write Luki to let them know. I did not expect anything but to let them know the game was not working. However I got a polite response and apology for this. They offered to have the game in the mail immediately and explained that the policy is only 90 days though, so this was an exception. They are always polite and efficient when I deal with them. not only that, the quality of the things they sell is extremely low. i've had ps2 controllers with plastic and build quality as low as possible. they came split in half and were apparently made with toxic materials known to cause cancer.
the gameboy advance sp i received has broken volume control and a broken power switch. it is virtually unusable.
the gameboy colour's sound quickly stopped working as did the a button.

"I bought animaniacs for sega. I paid and filled out the shipping information like I have done hundreds of times before online. Two weeks later no game delivered so I call. They say oh yes we see it here, should be another week. After three weeks and no delivery, confirmation, phone call nothing I finally call back and ask wheres my game? They search and search for my name, once they figure that part out they say it was shipped to the UK. My game was sent to my address with my area code and name, but to the UK. How does that happen? I'm sure no one with my name, address, and area code lives in the UK. Ultimately I made this place give me a refund and I'll never order anything from here again."

"I've used Lukiegames several times now and anytime my wife buys me games for my birthday or Xmas it's through Lukiegames. I've had great experiences with them. Shipping cost is very cheap and quick. Their in Florida and I live in Canada and I get my games in 1.5/2 weeks time. The only concern I had before was that you couldn't buy or see specific carts so you are never sure of the condition of a game cart. That being said, all the games I've gotten have worked great(might have had to clean the contacts quickly, but that's expected of old games) and the labels were mostly in great condition. I've only returned one game due to a bad label and that's only because I'm particular about excellent labels with no rips. And they took it back with no fuss or questions. Also their prices are excellent considering even with the poor Canadian dollar exchange rate I still get games cheaper than I can find on eBay or even local resellers. I'll always use them from time to time. They also give you points equal to the amount of dollars you spend, I've already been able to use them on a free game or two, which adds to their low prices if you think about paying already lower prices on the games and getting ten points from a ten dollar game."
