"Stay away from these folks! I bought a battery from these guys for my transceiver radio. When I received it, it didn't work, and wouldn't hold a charge. So, I emailed these folks as to their providing for return shipping; they told me the return shipping would be at MY expense, even though the product was defective. So, I returned the battery to them AT MY EXPENSE, with Delivery Confirmation Receipt. Once they got it, (and I had proof via the Delivery Confirmation), I again emailed them as to when they would give me my refund. Well, a couple of weeks later, I get this email from PayPal saying that they had made 'an offer' to partially refund my original amount. I, of course, declined. Then I sent this guy an email, and he told me that they do NOT REFUND the original shipping and handling costs! So, I was going to be out 9 bucks and he was going to pocket it, for NOTHING!!!! I complained to PayPal and THEY finally refunded my full, original amount. And, these guys completely stopped responding to my email requests for the full refund! Stay AWAY from these folks; they are all ears to get your order, then then they can't be found and won't respond to emails or requests to do the right thing and give you a full refund. Don't forget, too, that if you have to send ANYTHING back, for ANY reason, then THAT'S at YOUR OWN EXPENSE! Good Luck, if you decide to do business with these jerks!!!"
