" I had ordered a dress on 1/9/15 and
I received confirmation that my credit card was charged for $114.00.

On 1/21/15 I saw where it says refunded with the total amount of $79.00 with no shipping amount on there. I was charged through PayPal for $114.00 and have a confirmation email stating that amount was paid to Lou Gang.

I finally got a response after emailing a couple times stating "Sorry, Julie. We can't make the dress for you because of some unexpected factors. Sorry!"

I have emailed many times since and have not gotten a response and have not gotten a refund.

I tried contacting PayPal, but keep going around an automated system telling me in the end to log into my PayPal account. I didn't sign for an account. I went through PayPal on the Luvudress website to pay for the dress I am not going to get.

I would never recommend ordering from this company. Crooks if you ask me. Charge you, never give you your order and refuse to refund the money. "
