"Get your furniture items on your website priced correctly the first time and honor the original purchase price of the Pulaski Glendale Estates White 12-Drawers Master Chest i purchased for $627.32 versus what you now have it listed at $2,189.00. Will never shop at LuxeDecor again."

"The first order I ever placed with this company was canceled and their reasoning was because of pricing errors on “their” website. I even received a quote from “them” for the prices I paid. They should’ve still processed and honored my order."

Not ready for prime time

"This was deeply disappointing. My order was direct shipped from the vendor. Two problems

1) LuxeDecor sent it to themselves instead, introducing a 1 week delay as they re-sent it to me
2) When I finally got the order, it was missing 87% of the items I had ordered, despite emails saying it had shipped in full

My complicated remodel is delayed by untold weeks because of simple logistics and clerical errors. At these prices, you should expect more

Color of fan does not match pictures

"I was really excited to revive this fan. It is gorgeous in pictures and style, however, the base color does not match remotely close to what the pictures are. The pictures show a soft gold but in person it’s a very yellow/ orangey gold. "

Frustrated

"I order the incorrect color fan, called to change it but the order had been processed, so too late. I was told to return the fan once I receive the approval email. The approval email has not been received due to the supplier not providing the approval. I called the supplier and was told the vendor should take the item back without a problem. So then why the delay & problem?"

Ordered rugs

"I purchased rugs during the Labor Day sale and rugs said they were back ordered 2-4 weeks. But when I ordered it said ships in 1-3 days. Just checked and now say it won’t ship until 10/30 which is a minimum 8 weeks!! Not very happy about the doubles wait time at all. "

Please be aware, shipping dates are only estimated and can change based on product availability. Once the order is accepted by the manufacturer, we will send you an updated approximated ship date if it’s different from the original date that was communicated during order confirmation. After you receive the updated ship date, you will have 24 hours to make changes/cancellations to your order via Contact Us link or phone call. If the order is not canceled, we will proceed with the production of the order. After taking a look at your order, I do see we were able to cancel the items and refund you. we thank you for your understanding. ”
