I've called 3 times since then; no response.
I was charged for the umbrella stand on my credit card.
I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Still no response from LuxeDecor.

"Ordered an item and I needed to cancel within 15 minutes after placing. I contacted CS and also PayPal to cancel the order. Received message from company about changing product a year of placing order, but I told them I already had the new item which I needed faster. However, the shipped item anyway. This is not what I expected and they should have the cancel order option on their webpage to allow for these types of changes with 24hr of order placement."
