I have called many many times and have never been able to speak with anyone. I have left a number of messages and have not recieved a return call. I have e-mailed and have not recieved a response. Non-existent customer service. Don't be fooled by a low price, you very well may regret it!"
"I placed an order to LuxuryCorner on 1/1/08. The next day, I received a FedEx tracking number, but the product was not actually shipped. A week later I contacted LuxuryCorner and promptly received a response from David, who explained that the warehouse was closed for inventory until 1/7/08 but assured me that my order "should be ready to ship within the next few days." I should have been notified about this closure earlier. In any case, it has been a week since then and my product has still not shipped, which is far from satisfactory. I will update this review as necessary.
Update 1/17/08: My order has apparently shipped today. I will update when it arrives.
Update 1/24/08: My order has arrived, and everything seems fine. I am ambivalent regarding LuxuryCorner. While the pricing was extremely competitive, customer service left something to be desired."
"I ordered a Montbalnc meisterstuck 164 pen and I received exactly what was described. I was hesitant at first because of the large discount, but found everything to be legitimate. The warranty was not filled out by an "authorized dealer", but this is described in their website. The watch was delivered in the original packaging with serial numbers, and was delivered on the date stated.
